"What are your measures in view of the COVID-19 situation?"
The health and safety of all students and instructors are of utmost importance to us. Thank you for helping us keep The Workroom community safe.
IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS
As we resume in-person workshops on Friday, 19 June 2020, we meet by appointment only and proceed with safe distancing and other necessary measures in place. This includes requiring all participants wearing masks during the workshop. From 8 Jan 2021, our workshops are held in the exclusive members-only section of JustCo at The Centrepoint. Instructions will be sent to you upon your workshop booking.
WEBSTORE AND ONLINE CLASSES
Our website remains open 24/7 for booking of online classes, purchase of PDFs and art materials. Barring any queries we may have about your order (e.g. incomplete address) or stock issues (e.g. 1 of 4 items is out of stock) or our own schedule challenges (e.g. sometimes we could be working at external venue), we usually ship out your buys within 2-3 working days (Mondays to Fridays, except Public Holidays). "When will you be reopening your studios for in-person classes?"
At the same time, we wish to encourage everyone who wish to continue stay home to sign up for our online classes. These come with a big pack of PDF download filled with useful notes and/or exercises, as well as online video tutorials that detail every instruction for your learning. The PDF downloads are available immediately upon purchase. The online video tutorials are accessible anytime, anywhere. You will be able to watch, pause, replay any parts you wish.
