Do you have a minimum age requirement? Are children split into different age groups?
The minimum age requirement is 7 years. Children will be grouped when/if necessary in different age groups. Older children and teens can be assigned complex projects. During hands-on session, they can choose to work independently at their favourite corner of the studio.
Do you provide any snacks?
Yes, we have available light bites, juice and water that children can help themselves to during breaks. Parents are welcome to pack a suitable snack for them, especially for children with any special dietary need.
Can I choose any 1 workshop for my child? Or do I need to sign up for a full 5-day programme?
While you enjoy savings if you sign up the full programme, you can pick any date you like.
Can I participate in the workshop with my child? Or can I just sit in?
We have the option for your child to come with one accompanying adult. Additional charge will apply; please check the option above when selecting either Single Session or Single Session with 1 Adult.
Is the class fun? Do you have rules?
We design each project to stir up the makers' creative juices, train them to be observant, and to pick up a new skill. We do expect everyone to be respectful of others and to listen attentively to instructions. Please note that we do not allow them to use handphones or other mobile devices during the workshops.
Do you issue certificates? Can my child learn to become an artist in this programme?
We will issue certificate of completion for students who complete the full programme. We would be happy to share with you our observations of your child's preferences, style and improvement. We are not in a hurry for anyone to become an artist, but we are eager to nurture that creative spark in your children!
