Need a change?

You are eligible to make a change to your booking if at the point of your request:

• Your original booking is 8 or more days away
• The new date you are requesting for is a confirmed class 
• The new date you are requesting for is no more than 30 days apart from the original booking
• It is the same workshop you are moving to, you just want a change of date/time
• It is a workshop conducted by a local instructor, and not an overseas instructor

Steps to changing your booking:

1. At Check-Out, indicate under Notes your original Booking Invoice # and your preferred new date and time 
2. Wait for email confirmation from us

GOOD TO KNOW

Students who are unable to attend the workshop because of SHN, LOA, QO or as per studio protocols during this period of COVID-19 should contact us right away.

This administrative charge is valid per pax. This charge is final and non-refundable.

If the date you want is not available, we will contact you to pick another one.
